When we started in 1986, we were known as “the PI people.”

But after decades serving as an Elite Certified Partner of The Predictive Index®, we have learned a lot about what makes the highest-performing organizations tick. Our biggest “aha” moment was when we realized that work culture has a direct impact on employee retention, productivity and results. Data proves it, time and time again.
