Kye brings a warm enthusiasm to her work on behalf of new and current ADVISA clients. As an EQ-certified coach, Kye has a special interest in facilitating group and individual learning around emotional intelligence competencies. Before joining ADVISA, Kye worked as a consultant and project manager in the K-12 and higher education industries, working with Chicago Public Schools, The Mind Trust, Education Cities and her alma mater, DePauw University.
Kye grew up in Columbus, Indiana, and graduated magna cum laude from DePauw in 2006, where she majored in communications with a special focus in media studies. She went on to receive her Master of Education degree in education policy and organizational leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Kye is actively engaged in the Indianapolis community as a board member for The Villages of Indiana and as a mentor with The Starfish Initiative. Kye is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200), a (semiretired) golfer and loves to travel and do anything outdoors. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband Ryan and sons, Max and Kip.
