ADVISA Adds Three to Fast-Growing Team

ADVISA, a leader and culture effectiveness firm based in the Carmel Arts & Design District, announced today it has added three new team members to its growing Carmel-based staff.

The recently onboarded group includes Caitlin Moulton-Towle as Training Specialist as well as Christian Pettitt and Sarah Kolczak as Leadership + Organization Development Specialists.

“We are continuing to experience an increase in interest and investment in creating effective teams, leaders and cultures from organizational leaders who prioritize their people as their unique competitive advantage,” shared ADVISA’s President Heather Haas. “Our clients are seeking a proven partner who can help them develop an intentional culture. Caitlin, Christian, and Sarah will greatly assist us in meeting the demand from organizations who aim to be places where people love to work. We are excited to welcome all three to the A-Team.”

Moulton-Towle brings over 10 years of leadership, consulting, and facilitation to ADVISA from a career predominately spent in fraternity and sorority life with both Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity and the National Panhellenic Conference, Inc. She earned her B.A. in Spanish – International Trade from Auburn University.

Pettitt joins ADVISA from Cru, an interdenominational Christian ministry, where he served in various roles over 20+ years. Most recently, he was a city director for the organization, responsible for pioneering leadership development programming to emerging leaders as well as coaching 30 young professionals one-on-one. He earned his B.A. in health and sports studies from Miami University (Ohio) and his master’s degree in leadership from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Ky.

Kolczak is a recent graduate of Purdue University, where she earned her B.A. in public relations and strategic communication. She is currently participating in the Orr Fellowship, also serving as the program’s wellness coordinator. Prior to working at ADVISA, she was a community engagement specialist with Onebridge in Indianapolis.
