Leader and culture effectiveness firm increases headcount by 15%

ADVISA, a leader and culture effectiveness firm based in the Carmel Arts & Design District, is excited to announce it has added four new team members to its growing Carmel-based staff.

The recently onboarded group includes Sean Harrington as Project Specialist, Bekah Selking and Monica Wearren as Training Specialists, and Tyler Wolfcale as a Client Success Consultant.

“At ADVISA, we are seeing an unprecedented investment in creating effective teams, leaders and cultures from forward-thinking CEOs who prioritize their people as their unique competitive advantage,” shared ADVISA’s President Heather Haas. “We are growing because companies are tired of the ‘grab-bag,’ workshop approach to leadership development. Our clients are seeking a proven partner who can help them propagate their intentional culture through a strategically designed, tech-enabled approach to individual, team, and organizational change. These new team members equip us to meet the demand from organizations who aim to be places where people love to work versus places where people leave for better jobs and managers.”

According to a new study out of MIT Sloan School of Management, a toxic corporate culture is by far the strongest predictor of industry-adjusted attrition and is 10 times more important than compensation in predicting turnover.
