Position Summary

The focus of this position is to deliver in-person and virtual training to ADVISA’s 400+ clients around the country, and to collaborate with the ADVISA team to enhance participant learning, drive client retention, expand client accounts, and be a catalyst for behavior change in participants. The position will provide training for different levels in an organization including senior leaders, mid-level leaders, front-line leaders, and individual contributors. This role will collaborate cross functionally and engage with all members of the ADVISA Team.

Responsibilities

Delivery: 60%

  • Deliver The Predictive Index® portfolio of programs including, but not limited to, the following:
    • What Drives People, Drive Results with Talent, Inspiring People to Perform
    • Customer-Focused Selling™, Influencing for Results™
  • Deliver ADVISA’s portfolio of leadership effectiveness programs including, but not limited to, the following:
    • The Emerging Leader Series, in-person or virtual
    • Leadership Fundamentals, in-person or virtual
    • Emotional Intelligence Leadership Series
    • Customized learning experiences for clients
  • Meet and exceed professional standards in training adult learners through preparation and execution
  • Implement feedback and continually improve own scores on experience evaluations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sessions align with client needs and expectations

Collaboration around business needs: 30%

  • Collaborate with broader team to improve both the content and delivery of our programs as well as outcomes for clients
  • Focus on coaching, instructional design, or other points of personal passion and business need
  • Communicate with Vice President of Sales, Leadership Consultants, and Client Solutions team about insights gained through client interactions, experiences, and results of training
  • Develop own skills while keeping an eye to growing the business

A-Team: 10%

Participate in team initiatives; examples include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to maximize opportunities to improve and grow
  • Monthly A-Team Zoom meetings
  • Mid-year and annual meetings
  • Team meetings [example: Learning and Development Team, Client Solutions, etc.]

Time Requirements

  • Minimum of 40 hours per week plus travel
  • Flex Scheduling
  • Must be based in the Indianapolis, Carmel or surrounding area.
  • Frequent travel—up to 8 nights away per month

Salary: $60,000- 70,000 annually
