About the Series

In this online PI training course, participants will cover the four aptitudes of talent optimization, learn how to utilize talent data insights to understand what drives employees, and apply PI’s data-driven hiring approach to build high-performing teams and a positive culture.

Course Description

Instead of participating in two eight-hour days in a classroom, online training participants will experience four unique learning cycles over the course of a two-week period. Each learning cycle includes live, instructor-led training, self-directed learning (1-2 hours of pre-work before each session), and breakout room discussion with fellow participants.
