About the Series

Designed with leaders of leaders in mind, the ADVISA Leadership Academy addresses the challenges and opportunities that today’s leaders face. The ADVISA Leadership Academy is a great fit for those leading functional areas, divisions, or entire organizations. This program consists of:

  • Six full-day in-person sessions, where participants will spend time with their cohort and an ADVISA facilitator discussing, learning, practicing, and planning application of high-impact mindsets and skills
  • Seven 1:1 touchpoints with key individuals including coaches, facilitators, and consultants to ensure maximum application of the material
  • Additional data-driven insights powered by the EQ-i 2.0 and The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment, accompanied by thoughtfully designed E-learning and intentional connections to each content area
  • Impactful between-session application activities and plentiful opportunities to connect with peers and reflect on results
  • A program capstone presentation meant to connect leaders’ personal development with tangible, observable outcomes in the form of a strategic change initiative

    • Understanding a leader’s role as a culture carrier within their organization.
  • Strategic Thinking
    • Defining strategic thinking and learning key skills and techniques to apply to daily work.
  • Change
    • Skill development in moving individuals and teams through personal, departmental and organizational change.
  • Organizational Communication
    • Skill development in asking the right questions, active listening, professional messaging and delivering feedback.
  • Coaching Leaders
    • Skill development in increasing commitment and capability in individuals through goalsetting, effective 1:1 conversations, and modes of influence; exploration of coaching and its relationship to career pathing.
  • Looking Forward
    • Participants will present on the progress they’ve made in their personal development, be recognized for their accomplishments and plan for continued growth.
