Krista Warn

Krista brings a variety of professional experience, including project management, business management, finance, human resources, training and talent development. After working in a variety of workplace cultures, Krista found a passion for identifying ways businesses could improve the workplace by focusing on the greatest asset they have, which is their employees. This ultimately led her to pursue her Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Since then, Krista has helped businesses solve workplace problems by creating performance management evaluations, conducting engagement surveys and analyzing data, developing train the trainer programs, and utilizing assessment data as part of a selection or leadership development process. Krista’s empathetic nature, business experience and IO psychology background allow her to connect with others and understand organizational needs at both the business and individual level. Krista is excited and enthusiastic about bringing a valuable, fun and engaging learning experience to the ADVISA classroom.

Krista graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with her bachelor’s in psychology. She completed her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University. While not working, Krista enjoys attending fitness classes, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
