Originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, Delaney graduated from DePauw University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She spent most of her time after college as a consultant for a global tech company, developing critical thinking and solution-building skills to help HR teams succeed in rolling out new software systems.
She shifted her career towards project management in order to focus on her favorite part of consulting – guiding people through change. With trust as the foundation of any partnership, a project manager serves to support the client through implementation of new leaders, improved processes, and evolving values. No matter the task at hand, Delaney brings empathy and respect for the challenging, yet fulfilling, work that goes into organizational development.
Delaney lives in downtown Indianapolis and spends most of her time exploring the many places to eat and drink in Indy. If not going out to eat, she can probably be found at her apartment cooking and watching reality TV, shopping at a thrift store, or browsing the Psychology section at Barnes and Noble.
