Bekah is passionate about equipping people with the tools they need to cultivate work environments where they can thrive. As a Training Specialist, she strives to create learning experiences that enhance people’s self-awareness, motivate them to take action, and encourage them to grow as leaders.
Prior to joining ADVISA, Bekah spent six years as a facilitator, using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment to help individuals and teams leverage their unique strengths at work. She also led a train-the-trainer program, supporting clients as they integrated strengths-based development into their organizations.
Bekah is a proud graduate of Purdue University, where she earned her undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Interpersonal & Health Communication. Outside of work, Bekah loves spending time with friends, enjoying good food, and hiking with her husband, Ryan, and their pup, Reggie. She also volunteers with PourHouse, a nonprofit serving individuals experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis.
