Course Description

The upcoming Leadership Fundamentals will launch on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 and conclude Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Participants will meet in person once a month. Each day is divided into two separate but related sessions geared towards developing people leader capabilities.

Start with Self: Self Aware Leadership + Building Behaviors (Tuesday, April 16, 2024)
Communication Foundations: Communication Basics + Building Relationships and Coaching (Tuesday, May 14, 2024)
Communicating the Tough Stuff: Bad News and Tough Conversations + Conflict (Tuesday, June 11, 2024)
Team Dynamics: Building Great Teams + Empowering Team Performance (Tuesday, July 9, 2024)
Driving Results through Collaboration: Leading Great Meetings + Leading a Hybrid Team (Tuesday, August 13, 2024)
Change + Growth: The Human Side of Change + Graduation and Looking Ahead (Tuesday, September 10, 2024)
