From tools for self-awareness and understanding others to skills for having effective 1:1 meetings, this three-session journey gives managers a wide variety of resources to tap into to get the best results out of themselves and their teams.

Course Description

Each half-day session builds upon the last to create holistic understanding of data-driven leadership in practice.

Session 1: You, Me, and PI

Managers will come to understand how they show up naturally as leaders, and where their strengths and opportunities are:

• Understanding my management style
• Building consistent relationships

Session 2: PI and Communication at Work 

Managers will build skills to get the best results out of the individuals and teams they lead using PI, including 1:1 meetings, coaching and performance conversations, and more:

• Communication
• Feedback + performance

Session 3: PI and the Employee Experience 

Managers will practice the art of introducing others to PI, then will expand their focus to look at whole teams’ data together:

• Team Dynamics
