Leadership and Organization Development Consultant
In addition to her deep expertise and experience in using data to help businesses inform people decisions and strategy, Erin is a clear and compelling communicator who connects quickly with people. Erin brings deep knowledge of the assessment industry, and has spent her career helping companies incorporate assessment data into solving business challenges. In her work at ADVISA, Erin is focused on advancing our Leadership & Organization Development offerings to help clients improve employee engagement through enhancing the areas of leadership development, selection, succession planning, and other talent management processes.
Previously, Erin served as the Manager of Talent Measurement Consulting at PAN, where she led a team of consultants focused on both client-facing and R&D efforts to create and deliver custom and off-the-shelf talent solutions throughout the employee lifecycle. In this role, Erin worked with clients to design and implement assessment processes, including conducting validation research, and designing custom assessment content, including personality, situational judgment, biodata, job knowledge and realistic job preview assessment. She also worked in post-hire talent management processes, using 360° feedback assessment and assessment centers.
Erin received a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis. She is an Associate member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology where she participates as a speaker and serves as a reviewer on the membership selection committee. She received her BA from DePauw University.
