Andie Hines-Lagemann


Andie is an entrepreneur, coach, leader, and community builder. Her experiences in project management, team building, and marketing, paired with community and local government relationships, uniquely qualify her to execute grassroots initiatives and excel as a super-connector.

In the fall of 2014, Andie founded Own Your Success, a nonprofit based in Fort Wayne, Indiana that provides a supportive community for women entrepreneurs in Northeast Indiana. OYS has been nominated for a Greater Fort Wayne, Inc. Athena Award and a Women’s Bureau Empowerment Award.

In November 2019, she accepted the role of Regional Director of Entrepreneurship for Elevate Northeast Indiana. This position entails mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs throughout the 11-county region, planning community-building events, working with student entrepreneurs, and oversight of the Fortitude Fund.

In her spare time, Andie is also on the Input community advisory, a contributing writer for the AVOW op-ed series in the Journal Gazette, and serves on the Women’s Study steering committee for the Community Foundation, the University of St. Francis Alumnae Legacy Guild, and the steering committee for YWCA events.

Andie has been the recipient of the Fort Wayne Business Weekly 40 Under 40 Award in 2018 and the Steve Franks Award for Entrepreneurial Effectiveness. She was also a Neale M. Shank Alumni Award nominee at Concordia Lutheran High School and was nominated for a Greater Fort Wayne, Inc. Champions of Change Award for spring 2019.

Andie is a graduate of the University of Saint Francis and lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
