I was recently traveling through west Michigan meeting with clients. After my last appointment, I realized something incredible: we are no longer just “the PI People” to so many of our clients. After 31 years of providing Predictive Index® programs, training, consultation and support, it’s no surprise that many of our hundreds of clients know us best for our PI expertise. However, while the client journey often begins with how to leverage Predictive Index, we have become a true partner around so many other people-related services beyond the traditional Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment™. In fact, much of our time is spent teaching and inspiring leaders to better engage their people using a host of non-PI related assessments and trainings. Here are 3 examples we’ve been busy delivering in the last 30 days:
- For a manufacturing client who develops precision performance ultrasonic modules for the oil and gas industry, we’ve been working on a personal development project with the leadership team. Through a mix of competency modeling, EQ-i 2.0, and executive coaching, ADVISA is supporting this group of leaders to achieve greater clarity and direction on how to lead their employees to achieve their strategic goals.
- For two clients, we’ve been delivering Customer-Focused Selling™ (CFS) training. One client serves the manufacturing world by helping develop, test, and implement new technologies to help industry bring new and innovative products to market. The other provides professional services to help municipalities improve the administration of retirement plans. While these are wildly different businesses, both realize the importance of a truly consultative selling approach. CFS provides them the model and skills to be more customer focused and solution driven.
- For a banking client, we’re working with high potential leaders to hone and develop their managerial skills through our Leadership Essentials courses. These consist of half-day, topically focused courses that build skills in areas like communication, personal accountability, building high-engagement workplaces and coaching.
These examples are just a few of the many services ADVISA has added to the mix over the last 10 years. As I look to the calendar ahead, I see even greater diversity in the solutions we’re bringing to our clients. Things like custom leadership academies, engagement surveys, 360 assessment work and a whole host of trainings that we’ve built directly around our clients’ needs. So while Predictive Index continues to be a bedrock of our business, I’m excited to see our clients turn to ADVISA for a wide range people-related needs.
