We are bursting with pride to share that our own Heather Jangraw has been honored this week as a member of the 2015 class of 40 Under Forty in Grand Rapids.
She and her fellow honorees were chosen from a pool of 279 nominations for the annual award given by the Grand Rapids Business Journal. The Journal publishes individual bios of each honoree, offering a yearly introduction to young leaders expected to shape the future of the region.
Each individual was nominated by others who had been inspired in some way by their drive, skills, beneficence and influence as change makers. Nominees are evaluated on business success and professional recognitions and awards, as well as community leadership and service.
Heather joined Team ADVISA in 2013 as a management consultant. Since then, she has built relationships with more than 40 client companies to provide data, training and expertise as they strive for workplace excellence and business results.
In the broader community, she has served in leadership roles with the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan and the Legacy Trust Award Collection board. In addition, she began her own organization – Team Red, White and Blue Grand Rapids – to connect veterans to the community.
