Who We Are
Advisa began in 1986 as Bob Wilson & Associates Inc. Bob Wilson was a satisfied user of the Predictive Index® as a sales and marketing manager within a manufacturing organization. He decided to act on his desire to be his own boss and bought the exclusive license to market the Predictive Index® in Indiana.
In 1994, Bob added his first employee and bought the license to serve western Michigan. The business has grown consistently since then winning the Indiana Growth 100 designation twice and expanding to all of Michigan and parts of Ohio.
In October of 2007, Bob Wilson & Associates determined they had outgrown their name and became Advisa.
Today, the team consists of ten Predictive Index® consultants, a Training
and Development Specialist, an Office Manager and four Hiring Partners.
Advisa is now the largest Predictive Index® licensee in North America, as measured in revenues.
Bob Wilson
President
Bob received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and his MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in Marketing and Finance. He has worked in retailing and manufacturing in a variety of sales and management positions prior to starting Bob Wilson & Associates. He is married, has three boys and lives in Carmel, Indiana.
Gina Bindley
Lead Hiring Partner
Gina Bindley is the Lead Hiring Partner with Advisa and has been with us since
June of 2001. She has a professional background in Healthcare Administration
where she was the Executive Director in both nursing homes and assisted living
facilities for nine years. Gina works with us in a part-time capacity. She
is married and spends the rest of her time staying busy at home with their
three young children. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business
and Sociology from Indiana State University.
Beth Claflin
Hiring Partner
Beth Claflin is an Indianapolis native and graduate of Hanover College, where she majored in literature and communications. She previously worked as a senior public relations account executive at Hutchins/Young & Rubicam in Rochester, N.Y., working primarily for Xerox Corp. Before that, she was a reporter for several years at the Fort Wayne Journal-Gazette newspaper. She is married and has three children.
Paul Dumouchelle
Management Consultant
Paul Dumouchelle is a management consultant based in Dublin, Ohio. He began
his business career in Wisconsin with S.C. Johnson in consumer products’ brand
management. After working as Business Manager for Saudi Arabia he became Vice
President of CheckFree’s Consumer Division in Columbus, Ohio. He has been
consulting on Business Development, Management and Strategy since 1997, traveling
around the world and working with businesses of all sizes. He's married with
four children.
Chris Flora
Hiring Partner
Chris Flora is an Indiana native and graduate of Ball State University where
she received a BS in Management with a focus on Management Information Systems.
Prior to joining Advisa, she worked for 11 years in the pharmaceutical industry
before venturing out full-time with her direct sales businesses. Working part-time
on Advisa's hiring team, Chris brings with her a large array of management
and business experience.
Peggy Gaylord
Management Consultant
Since 1995, Peggy has helped managers strategically position their companies for growth by teaching them how to better lead, motivate and utilize their people with Predictive Index®. She provides solution-based consulting services to a broad base of for-profit and non-profit businesses that range in size from small to Fortune 500 companies. Peggy is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her prior management experience includes 17 years as executive director of non-profit organizations.
Aszure Grimes
Management Consultant
Aszure Grimes is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Communications. Aszure started as the Advisa Hiring Sales Manager,
and filled a newly created position here at the company to market hiring consultation
services beyond our existing client base. Aszure has ten years in sales experience
in various industries and is active in public speaking and networking. Born
and raised in Indianapolis, Aszure returned to Indiana after three years in
Louisville, KY.
Todd Gross
Senior Management Consultant
Todd earned his degree in Organizational Management. He worked for more than
ten years in the credit and finance areas with a national food distribution
company and a national electronics remanufacturer. This experience included
due diligence responsibilities in acquisitions and participation on software
conversion teams. He has served on education committees and was a past president
of the Indiana Institute of Credit. Prior to joining Advisa, he worked in
banking and as a business consultant. Todd's experience in banking includes
serving as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of a financial institution
in southern Indiana. While consulting he worked for a number of varied companies
including IBM, American Stores, Bloomington Hospital, and DVA & Associates.
Todd's experience also includes his personal involvement in a number of entrepreneurial
businesses, ranging from a small professional practice consulting firm in
the mid '80s to most recently being involved with a commercial/residential
real estate development firm. He has also consulted start-up businesses, conducting
feasibility studies, preparing business plans, marketing plans, financial
proformas and securing start-up capital for new business ventures.
Heather Haas
Chief Operating Officer
Heather Haas is the Chief Operating Officer with Advisa. Heather consults,
speaks and trains on the subject of maximizing results through people using
the Predictive Index® and she also oversees the Advisa Hiring division for
clients who elect to outsource their hiring and selection. Her work has focused
on attracting and retaining top talent as well as designing and delivering
professional development programs that support continuous improvement. Heather
holds a masters degree in Educational Leadership and a BS in Elementary Education
from Indiana University and spent her career prior to Advisa as a teacher,
principal and non-profit project director.
Jay Hawreluk
Senior Management Consultant
Jay Hawreluk holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Detroit. As a former CEO, Jay has years of “hands on” experience in dealing with the many complex issues that occur in today’s business environment. After orchestrating the buy out of his company in the early 1990’s, Jay has continued to work with executives of small to Fortune 500 companies offering realistic and attainable solutions to the challenges of our dynamic business world. The hallmark of Jay’s career has been his ability to consistently deliver quality results to his clientele at the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Sally Jacobs
Hiring Partner
A lifelong New Yorker, Sally Jacobs graduated from Duke University with a B.A. degree in Sociology and a concentration in Canadian Studies. Her background is in human resources, primarily within the insurance industry, and includes experience in recruitment, training and employee relations. Sally was fortunate to have the ultimate human resources position of staying home with her children and has now returned to the workforce.
Chris Pauwels
Management Consultant
Chris Pauwels joined Advisa in January of 2007 as a Consultant. Before joining
Advisa, Chris held full P & L responsibility for a $125 mil Engineered Products
Unit.
Chris obtained his Graduate Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University
Of Louvain (Belgium), and an MBA from Potch University (South Africa). He
attended various short Management Development courses at the Universities
of Michigan and Chicago, with a focus on strategic planning, marketing and
sales development. Chris started his career in quality management, before
developing further in operational management. He has extensive experience
in plant management of larger facilities, both in the US and abroad, and held
various multi-plant responsibilities. He learned and practiced all modern
management techniques with world class international organizations.
Managing people is the common thread in his 25-year career in line management.
Chris likes to share the knowledge and experience he has gained over the years
for the benefit of his clients. PI is the corner stone on which organizational
confidence can be built!
He and his wife Marlies are the proud parents of two sons and a daughter,
and enjoy living in Muskegon, MI.

Penny Pruett
Office Manager
A graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications, Penny
joined us as the Office Manager for Advisa, Inc. in September, 2003. Penny brings a variety of professional experience to Advisa including process design, implementation and administration, financial management, customer services, and fleet operations. She has worked in a variety of industries including professional and community services organizations and has earned high distinction during her professional career for performance excellence.
John Ranalletta
Senior Management Consultant
John Ranalletta is a senior consultant providing management consulting, strategic
planning, executive coaching, retained search and management development training
to for-profit corporations, school districts, health care and other non-profit
organizations, nationally.
John consults, speaks and writes on this subject of maximizing results through
people, using Predictive Index®. His work has led to the formation and maintenance
of award-winning performance by individuals and management teams. John earned
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Finance from Millikin University.
Marcie Stowell
Management Consultant
Marcie Stowell is a management consultant based in Lansing, Michigan. She has worked in the insurance, motorsport dealer, and health and fitness industries. Within each of these industries, she led initiatives to reduce cost, transition software systems, and improve the utilization of the existing employees.
Marcie earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Nutritional Science and Dietetics from Michigan State University. She also earned a Masters of Business Administration with a special focus on e-Business. She believes her success can be attributed to her ability to identify and design solutions to fill the gaps in the big picture to meet organizational goals.
