Become People Smart: Predictive Index Management Workshop

The PI Management Workshop™ is about how to use reliable data about people to improve business results. Participants are introduced to what the Predictive Index® measures and the insights the data can provide about the needs, drives, risk orientation, communication style, and preferred mode of operation of direct reports, co-workers, bosses, and team leaders.

Attendees learn via direct hands-on practice examining their own Predictive Index survey results as well as those of their business team members and personally selected acquaintances. The insight they gain permits them to better focus their leadership efforts in accordance with and relation to the needs and drives of those they lead.

Class facilitators use a variety of discussions and exercises to create a lively, energetic, and uncommonly valuable learning experience. Throughout, they draw on real-life situations from participants’ own work experiences. As a result, attendees take away unique insights into their people and organizations, as well as the skills necessary to make further strides toward workplace excellence.

The basic outline of the workshop is as follows:

  • answering the business challenge
  • introducing the four factors
  • connecting the person to the job
  • combining the factors
  • understanding reference patterns
  • self-concept
    • measuring the capacity for change
    • morale
  • resultant factors
    • M factor: response level
    • E factor: judgement
  • using the Predictive Index in the workplace
