With the Predictive Index® and the Center for Creative Leadership 360-degree assessments, we can help you:

We will work with you to increase your Self Awareness, build an individual Action Plan of specific strategies for change and create a follow-up plan for Reflection and ongoing development. The Predictive Index® personality assessment of each leader and their key connections will be an integral component.
Highlights of the 360-degree assessment include:
- Pre-work – Participants and raters receive clear, timely communication aimed at orienting them to the purpose, goals and expectations of the process. Each participant and rater then completes the assessment
- On-site - Each leader participates in a confidential 45-60 minute feedback session with an ADVISA consultant to go over their 360 data. The goals of the feedback session are as follows:
- Enhance self awareness about how the leader is perceived by others
- Identify implications of these perceptions to personal and organizational effectiveness
- Reflect on ways to leverage strengths and minimize weaknesses
- Create a development action plan
- Follow-up Option – This time could be on-site or used like “office hours” whereby an ADVISA consultant would be available by phone for continued support and counsel as you and/or your team begin to make the changes we determine would be beneficial. While this follow-up is more informal in nature, it’s critical to making real progress. It provides a layer of accountability and ensures that you pause to be reflective about your development. It’s also an opportunity to gain more ideas and guidance as circumstances change
