Utilizing the human capital analytics provided by the Predictive Index^® system Todd works with clients across a broad range of industries to enhance organizational confidence and create alignment between activities and strategic vision. He works with client companies, writes, and speaks on the importance of creating alignment between business goals, organizational culture, and talent management. As a senior management consultant with ADVISA he consistently ranks within the top 5% of Predictive Index consultants throughout the world. Prior to joining ADVISA in 1999 Todd held credit and finance executive positions for national organizations and was CEO and chairman of the board of a small financial institution located in southern Indiana. He has also served on education committees and was a past president of the Indiana Institute of Credit.
