Heather Haas is President of ADVISA. Heather partners with organizations of all types, from Fortune 100 companies to family-owned businesses, to help them leverage data-driven tools and training to address today’s most urgent business challenges. Heather consults, speaks and trains on the topics of managing and developing people and teams for maximum performance, selling more strategically and effectively, and attracting and retaining top talent. Heather is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership as a 360 Assessment Facilitator.
Heather holds a masters degree in Educational Leadership and a BS in Elementary Education from Indiana University and spent her career prior to ADVISA as a teacher, principal and non-profit project director. Heather is married and has three children.
