The position is called RPO Hiring Partner & Team Lead. But here’s what it really means. You dig deep to understand the needs of a client and help them understand how our search assistance works. Then you execute the search yourself or hand it off to another Hiring Partner on our RPO team and support them when needed. You bring your hiring savvy and enthusiasm for hiring to the team and provide ideas for how we can continue to continue and build our unique service.
It’s really that simple. But we need just the right person. Really smart. Fired up about doing great hiring. Strategic. Reliable. Approachable. Committed to the success of others.
Oh…and you do have to work out of our office in Carmel, IN. At least most of the time.
