This option is perfect for clients who are looking to offload some of the administrative work of filling open positions without completely giving up ownership of the entire process. We jump into the hiring process at the point where you need the most help.

Services start at $100/hour and we will bill you every two weeks for services rendered:

Defining the job
Writing targeted ads
Placing ads
Vetting resumes
Administering qualification questionnaires and/or the Predictive Index®
Conducting phone screens with candidates
Scheduling and/or conducting face to face interviews
Maintaining candidate correspondence
Checking references
Performing background checks
