Executive Coaching

Are you an executive who could find value in having a confidential thinking partner or trusted listener?  Maybe you need a venue to “talk to think” as you’re sorting out challenges?  Or perhaps you’re negotiating an especially difficult time with your business and a little extra support behind-the-scenes could really propel you forward.

ADVISA’s business-focused coaches help leaders leverage their strengths, address their obstacles, and guide their organization with confidence.

Our Approach
There is no shortage of coaching services available. What sets apart our executive coaching offering?

  • Smart, business-savvy coaches who have a track record of proven success coaching senior leaders. We specialize in coaching in the business context, as opposed to general-life coaching or non-business matters.
  • Coaches who use balanced coaching, drawing on both Socratic and directive approaches. Don’t worry – if what you need is for a coach to ask you questions for an hour, that is what we’ll do. If you need a new idea or a little push to get you around the corner, our coaches can do that too.
  • Our Predictive Index® insight. All of our coaches are trained in Predictive Index which provides insight about how to best work with you.

Each executive coaching engagement is designed based on the unique dynamics of the leader with whom we are working and their situation. How often conversations occur; whether they happen in-person, by phone or via Skype;  and other details are tailored to meet the needs of the client. Executive coaching engagements are designed and executed following our coaching ground rules, which outline confidentiality and other specifics about the role of coach and coachee.

An executive coaching engagement may include an executive retreat as a way to provide the coachee with especially intense, focused reflection time.

For leaders wanting more structure to the coaching or a heavier focus on Predictive Index, we have other coaching offerings as well.

We welcome the opportunity to learn more about your situation and explore how coaching may help.  Contact us.
