The ideal candidate will bring with him/her: three or more years of previous experience in production scheduling; knowledge and experience working with spreadsheets and databases; ability to work with production management to schedule based on workload; ability to perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis with a high degree of accuracy.

The Care Manager is responsible for providing various clinical or administrative duties associated with managing disability cases or wellness program services. The Care Manager works closely with the patient, his/her employer, the patient's treating and primary care physician. The Care Manager is responsible for benefit determination and keeping the authorized employer representative appropriately informed about the patient's case or current health status. The Care Manager will have the flexibility of working from a home office.

The ideal candidate for this position must have an RN degree and current RN licensure in the State of Michigan as well as ten years of clinical experience. Case management experience is preferred. He/she must be regarded as a highly-skilled clinician by his/her peers for strict adherence to clinical procedures for all services. Preference is also given to those candidates who have COHN-S or CCM certification.
