Wonderware Central's Consulting Services group provides Wonderware consulting and implementation services for industrial customers (check us out at wonderwarecentral.com). We need entry-level and mid-level candidates to become Wonderware Application Consultants. Our group operates in much the same way as an IT consulting or systems integration firm does and we need to hire people of the same caliber to join our team.

As an Application Consultant, you will be seen as the expert and will implement HMI, SCADA & MES solutions for customers using Wonderware software. These solutions will typically be integrated to the customers' control systems. You may also be doing integration work with ERP systems and other business systems. In those cases, the tools and expertise required may include .NET, SQL Server and XML.

The consultant will be responsible for working in various capacities on each project including: eliciting requirements, installation, configuration, development, testing, and roll-out of engineered solutions within the customer environment. Periodic, short-term travel may be required (a couple days every month).

Requirements for this position include the following:

-Strong aptitude with basic software programming (.NET and SQL is a plus)

-Strong aptitude with Windows server administration and networking is a plus

-Experience with control systems and PLCs is a plus

-Bachelor's degree is preferred

-Ability to work with a variety of different people and projects

-Ability to balance people skills and technical skills is crucial for success

The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager. This person is responsible for all activities related to assembly and quality, including scheduling, personnel, revenue goals, plant layout, continuous improvement, and quality systems. Ensuring labor productivity, team development, and on-time shipments / production planning is essential. Experience in Electro-Mechanical Assembly, DFM/DFA, Lean, and 6 Sigma and a strong quality background will distinguish the highly qualified candidate. This individual will also be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of new assembly cells to support our rapid growth. Knowledge of a wide range of manufacturing processes including metal forming and injection molding will be helpful in developing supplier focused quality initiatives.

A bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred; however character, intelligence, and motivation are the primary ingredients for success. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of direct management experience; ERP exposure; strong computer fluency; electromechanical assembly experience with an ISO certified company; demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings (tolerances, assembly, etc.); and a progressive leadership style.

Here's what you'll be doing each day:

The Creative Director is expected to build client relationships, develop digital strategies, communicate and justify conceptual decisions, drive the collaborative efforts of the creative team, actively contribute to the professional growth of the creative team, and inspire others to exceed expectations. As brandwidth's Creative Director, you'll report to the Senior Creative Director, and function as a "right hand" to the SCD on large projects, or as the lead on smaller projects.

-Taking your vision, brand development and marcom strategy and blending it with online advertising, interactive commerce and the creative process

-Take an active role in developing, maintaining and refining a vision for the direction of Brandwidth's full range of communications capabilities, ranging from interactive to integrated strategic executions

-Fulfill leadership tasks and deliverables in support of the Senior Creative Director. Specifically, lead and direct across disciplines for the development and execution of short term (project specific) and long term (account specific) creative strategies

-Demonstrate good, meaningful communication between account creative team, project management team and client

-Manage, prepare (strategically and physically) and present new business development and project presentations

-Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of creative/process workflow, interfacing with project management and production to deliver projects on time, on budget and on strategy

-Copywriting. Craft, edit, persuade and maintain client brand and Brandwidth creative and marketing strategies. -Help to develop young talent - both writers and designers (web and otherwise)
