Dana Harrison
Manager of ADVISA Hiring, and Special Projects Consultant

Dana joined ADVISA after five years as the executive director of a social-service non-profit organization, as well as prior positions in human resources and financial services. Her career has focused on developing organizations and companies so that they can better address the needs their employees, customers and stakeholders. Originally from Louisville, KY, Dana came to Indianapolis to study music at Butler University and has since worked in Indianapolis as well as Boston.

Gina Bindley
Lead Hiring Partner

Gina Bindley is the Lead Hiring Specialist with ADVISA. and has been with us since June of 2001. She has a professional background in Healthcare Administration where she was the Executive Director in both nursing homes and assisted living facilities for nine years. Gina works with us in a part-time capacity. She is married and spends the rest of her time staying busy at home with their three young children. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Sociology from Indiana State University.

Chris Flora
Hiring Partner and Administrative Associate

Chris Flora is a Hiring Partner and Administrative Associate with ADVISA. She rejoins ADVISA after working in recruitment/hiring in the medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Chris’s prior experiences include 13 years at Eli Lilly and Company working in the clinical trial data management and IT functions. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Ball State University.
