Leadership Development Through 360° Assessment

Our Service

  • Create an environment for honest feedback
    We thoughtfully design initiatives and communications in order to promote a comfortable experience for participants and raters.

  • Foster self-reflection and the development of self-awareness
    From the roll-out through an individual's facilitated dicsussion about their report, we support self-reflection and self-awareness - the foundation for leadership development.

  • Guide learnings into action plans
    The learnings from the 360-degree feedback must be translated into action plans. Our 1-2 week follow-up supports this transition. Additional couaching is available when continued support is ncessary to achieve development goals.

Our Process

  1. Design the initiative with considerations for company culture, existing leadership programs, prior 360-degree assessment experience and more.
  2. Craft communications to educate participants and raters about the process and their role in it.  Take time to address common questions around confidentiality.
  3. Administer the Benchmarks® 360-degree assessment (through the Center for Creative Leadership).
  4. Deliver feedback reports to participants electronically and provide initial instruction on reading the data. BMK Sample Feedback Report
  5. Within 48 hours of delivering report, meet with each participant for 60-90 minutes to facilitate their understanding of the content and guide them into identifying what their next steps will be. 
  6. Conduct follow-up phone conversation with each participant 1-2 weeks after feedback session in order to encourage solidifying their action plans and making progress toward identified goals.

Additional Options:

  • Administration of Predictive Index® (PI®) survey to participants and conduct 2-hour teambuilding session using PI as a framework for understanding motivators and behaviors
  • Customized 360-degree assessments and group reports
  • Development of custom Personal Development Plan template for use by participants
  • Additional coaching sessions for participants in order to promote achievement of designated development goals. 

Your Outcomes:

  • Participants will have precise data showing how their behaviors are perceived by others.  
  • Participants will have increased self-awareness of how they are perceived.
  • Participants will be provided with the coaching to help them identify where they want to develop.
